Cop Forces Town Hall Protester to Take Down Anti-Obama Sign

Pro-Obama posters are allowed but the cops say they will arrest you for trespassing if you display an anti-Obama poster. Free speech is given to the left and forcibly taken away from the right.

This video was taken on Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 at Rep. Jim Moran’s (D-VA) Town Hall meeting on Obama Deathcare (Howie Dean was there too) held at South Lakes High School in Reston, VA. Many people were left outside when the school filled to capacity. …Read story

The Story of Two Buses

Even professing Christians believe that theft is morally acceptable if it is done with a majority vote. Their support of state sponsored education is the first piece of evidence that betrays the mammon and socialism is their real god.

by Gary North

Picture this. You’re driving down the highway with your nine-year-old son. You’re in the middle lane. On your right, one behind the other, are two buses. The bus in front is painted white. The bus behind is painted yellow. The bus in front has its windows painted over. The bus behind does not.

Your son asks you a question. “What are those two buses, Daddy?” You tell him that they are two very different kinds of buses. “How are they different?” he asks. You explain that on the first bus are prisoners who are being taken to jail. On the second bus are students who are being taken to school. “But how is that different?” your son asks. That’s what I’m asking, too.

You tell your son that the men on the first bus are required to get on that bus. Then your son asks you if the students on the yellow bus have a choice in the matter. You think about it. Neither group has any choice in the matter. Somebody tells the members of both groups that they must get on that bus and stay on that bus until the bus comes to its destination.

True Governemnt is According to God’s Word

True government is government according to God’s word, in terms of His law, as a ministry of justice. Those who despise government are …guilty of the sin of presumption. Presumption means that we have set ourselves in the place of God and have demanded life and death be on our terms only. – R J Rushdoony, Law and Liberty, P. 10

The Tenth Amendment and Interposition

The doctrine of interposition is based on the biblical truth that the powers that be, the rulers of civil government, are ordained by God and are His ministers (see Romans 13:1-10 for this and the discussion which follows). As God’s ministers they are to serve Him—not anyone else. They are to serve Him by protecting and giving praise to those who do good, and by punishing, and therefore restraining, those who do evil. As God’s ministers they must follow, obey, and apply His definitions or standards of what is good and what is evil: not their own, nor anyone else’s definitions or standards of good and evil.

Now, all the rulers of civil government — no matter what their level or scope of authority — are ordained by God to be His ministers. All the officials of civil government, not only the highest one or ones, are obligated to serve God rather than men, and to obey and apply God’s standards of good and evil in order to protect those who do good and restrain, by punishing, those who do evil.

Arrest of evangelism student Daniel Pollion at Sinclair Community College

A campus evangelism group is stunned today, as a ministry event at a community college inOhio resulted in four members being arrested, one on a felony assault charge that the ministry’s leader claims is fabricated.

“I’ve done ministries like this at more than 200 universities,” said Jason Storms, director of Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism, a ministry of Mercy Seat Christian Church in Milwaukee, Wis. “We trainpeople to do evangelism, and I have never seen an incident like this.”

Pastor Beaten and Tasered for Defending His Rights

An Arizona pastor is beaten and tasered by three US Border Patrol agents plus state police simply because he would not allow them to search his car when they had no probable cause. The Border Patrol checkpoint was set up 75 miles away from the border!

This is governmental tyranny to control and harass American citizens. It will continue until Americans begin to resist politically and put pressure upon their representatives to perform their duty to which they swore; defend and protect The Constitution. Additionally, the Border Patrol stinks at their job, which is to defend the border. I have a novel idea. Why doesn’t the Border Patrol eliminate these checkpoints far from the border and return to patrolling the border!

I encourage you to write your congressman to demand an investigation into the incident and suspend the border patrol agents until an investigation is complete. The agents are: C. Diaz; B. Griffiths; and E. Gomez.

The Fourth Amendment of the U. S. Constitution insures that: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
